Frederich Hister (June 12, 1921 - December 14, 1999), better known as Frederich Dschinghiskhanitsanwindischeschenscheschenscheschenbach, was a German comedy actor and satirist who appeared in many early silent films. He portrayed the typical German stereotype; drunk, obese, short-tempered, and bumbling. He changed his birth name from Hister to Dschinghiskhanitsanwindischeschenscheschenscheschenbach to better fit the stereotype of strange German names, but was, for obvious reasons, better known simply as Fred.
